ABOUT DAMAI BUNGALOWS |
Damai Bungalows opened in 2010 & offers FREELINE guests another option in Southern Sumatra. Located next door to Ombak Indah Losmen, Damai Bungalows is owned & operated by Ayu Sriwati.
Damai Bungalows holds a maximum of 12 guests in 6 nicely appointed twin share rooms, each with their own tropical style bathrooms. A large pavillion with viewing deck sits just a stones throw from the beach, offering spectacular views over the break of Ujung Bocor & across to Gunung Pugung & mountain ranges that span the length of Sumatra.
Satellite TV ensures you wont miss out on important sporting events. Surf movies are played behind the bar & a hi-fi is their to connect your ipod. Billiards & table tennis round out guest activities which all can be enjoyed whilst keeping an eye on the waves & sunsets.
Ayu's cuisine is delicious & varied. From Indonesian dishes to western favourites we know a full stomach is essential for maximum surf time. Jason ensures the bar is always stocked full with ICY COLD BEERS, soft drinks & fresh made juices.
Transport & information about other breaks & places of interest can be arranged from Damai Bungalows.
Damai Bungalows also has its own indo style fishing boat available for hire for guests keen on their fishing. Staff regularly head out in search of pelagics, as well as bottom bashing. Rods & reels are available however you will need to bring your own trolling lures, jigs etc.

INCLUSIONS |
Accommodation |
First night at Cipta Hotel (central Jakarta) remaining 12 nights at Damai Bungalows. All rooms come with fans and mosquito nets. All linen is provided. There is also a Satelite TV and stereo/iPod in the dining room.

Meals & Drinks |
Breakfast in Jakarta, three delicious meals per day plus tea & coffee at the
Damai Bungalows. Very cold beer, soft drinks and other snacks and necessities are available from the bar at very reasonable prices.

Transfers |
All forward and return Jakarta airport-hotel-losmen
transfers. We use air-conditioned vehicles with a maximum 4 customers per vehicle.

Flights |
Jakarta-Bandar Lampung return flights are included.
|
ITINERARY |
Day 1 |
Arrive in Jakarta, airport pickup, transfer to Cipta Hotel, central Jakarta, for overnight stay (if you are travelling from Bali, we can get you to the losmen on the same day). Accommodation at the Airport Sheraton Hotel can be arranged for the first night, price subject to availability |
Day 2 |
Morning transfer from hotel to airport for short
flight to Bandar Lampung, Sumatra. Airport pickup
and approx. 6 hour drive to losmen, arriving in late
afternoon.

Day 3-13 |
Surf & the various breaks in the area. Visit
local places of interest, relax and enjoy the beautiful
surroundings.
|
Day 14 |
Early departure from losmen to Bandar Lampung airport
for afternoon flight to Jakarta. Airport pickup and
transfer to international flight home or next destination.
